Our infrared cameras
can detect seemingly invisible problems, like moisture behind walls,
so we can prevent further damage, such as mold and mildew.

are an authorized Water Out® provider. This is an amazing technology that is able to dry
large buildings by using outside air to heat and dry before pumping
into the building. Outside air is brought into the Water Out trailer
where it is conditioned to a super dry 2% RH (relative humidity).
This low humidity also restrains mold and will not support microbial
growth. That fresh, outside air is brought into the flooded building
and circulated throughout. Before that dry air can be exhausted from
the building it has absorbed huge quantities of water, odors and
mold spores. The Water Out system is able to dry any structure and
inside materials extremely fast, ensuring less down time, quick
results, and cost efficiency. Water Out is commonly the most
powerful method to dry larger homes, multi-unit apartment buildings,
office buildings, hospital buildings, hard-to-reach crawl spaces and
more. It's great for other uses as well, such as drying large
construction projects and new developments.
